Comment Exporter for YouTube™ — CSV

Comment Exporter for YouTube™ adds a single “⬇ Export comments” button to the bottom-right of any YouTube watch page. Click it, and the extension auto-scrolls the page to lazy-load every top-level comment, reads each one, and downloads the result as a file — no login, no API key, and nothing uploaded to any server.

It runs entirely inside the YouTube tab you already have open. There is no YouTube API key, no OAuth consent screen, and no server operated by the developer: the extension reads the comment text, author name, like count, timestamp, and reply count that YouTube itself already renders on the page, formats them locally in your browser, and hands the file straight to your browser's own download flow. Your comment data never leaves your device.

What it does

How to use it

Install the extension, open any YouTube video, and look for the “⬇ Export comments” button in the bottom-right corner of the page. Click it to auto-scroll and load the comment section, then download a CSV (or JSON, on Pro) of everything captured. Free-tier exports that hit the 200-comment cap on a busy video show a one-time upgrade nudge; Pro removes the cap and unlocks JSON export.

Subscriptions are handled by ExtensionPay, a third-party payment processor, entirely on ExtensionPay's own checkout pages — this extension never sees or stores your payment details.

Install: Add Comment Exporter for YouTube™ to Chrome.
